Through a system of an e-mail address, user account and question and answer
IMI Mailbox WEB Console offers you the opportunity to supply your password in case you have forgotten it. Naturally this will be possible only if you have completed successfully the field Personal Data Update/Password Questions.
If the indicated e-mail corresponds to the account,
IMI Password Reminder will ask you the question, entered in Personal Data Update/Password Questions (look above).
After pressing Yes Tell Me
button and in case you have provided the correct answer to the question IMI Password Reminder will display your password.
Attention:
When using this option of IMI
Mailbox WEB Console please
make sure there aren’t any people near you who could see the password. It is
displayed on the screen of your monitor. Also for question and answer you
should use phrases and hints known ONLY to YOU. If you think that the use of
this option (Password
Reminder) of IMI
Mailbox WEB Console, could
violate in any way the security policy of your organization don’t use Password
Reminder service. It’s
optional. The service activates only if you change your password through IMI
Mailbox WEB Console. In
case a system administrator or you change the password in some other way, the
password, which will be hinted to you, may be invalid.
