When you chose IMI Web Console Logon from the home page of the application and enter data of Administrator of Exchange Organization and/or Exchange Organization Unit (Site) for User Authorization, you are given administrative rights on IMI Mailbox WEB Console. For the purpose the Account with which you enter the IMI Mailbox WEB Console should be pointed in Microsoft Exchange Server Administrator.

IMI Mailbox WEB Console opens authomatically you e-mail box as for an ordinary user, but at the top of the window there appears the administration element.

• search Mailboxes, Custom Recipients and Distribution Lists using parts of Display Name or Alias
• update data of certain Mailboxes, Custom Recipients or Distribution Lists
• delete certain Mailboxes, Custom Recipients or Distribution Lists
• create new Mailboxes, Custom Recipients or Distribution Lists
• delegate administrative rights to another user(s), prohibit rights
• change Default Exchange Recipient Container
